                  High temperature light wave infrared drying line is a method of drying by radiation heat transfer. The electromagnetic wave generated by the high-temperature light wave infrared drying radiator propagates in a straight line at the speed of light to the dried material. When the emission frequency of the high-temperature light wave infrared drying matches the natural frequency of the molecular movement in the dried material (i.e. the emission wavelength of the high-temperature light wave infrared drying and the absorption wavelength of the dried material), it causes strong molecular vibration in the material, In order to achieve the goal of drying, intense friction occurs in the interior of the material to generate heat.


                  In the drying process of high-temperature light wave infrared ray, the surface moisture in the dried material continuously evaporates and absorbs heat, which reduces the surface temperature of the material and causes the internal temperature of the material to be higher than the surface temperature, so that the thermal diffusion direction of the material is from inside to outside. At the same time, due to the moisture gradient in the material, the moisture movement is always from the interior with more moisture to the exterior with less moisture. Therefore, the direction of moisture diffusion and heat diffusion in the material is the same, thus accelerating the process of moisture diffusion, that is to say, accelerating the drying process.


                  Because the depth of the radiation line penetrating the object (the depth of heat transmission) is about equal to the wavelength, and the wavelength of far high temperature light wave infrared drying is better than that of near high temperature light wave infrared drying, that is to say, far high temperature light wave infrared drying is better than that of near high temperature light wave infrared drying. In particular, the emission frequency of the far high temperature light wave infrared drying is matched with the natural frequency of the molecules of plastics, polymers, water and other substances, resulting in the intense resonance of these substances. In this way, the far high temperature light wave infrared drying can penetrate into these heated and dried objects, and it is easy to be absorbed by these substances, so the far high temperature light wave infrared drying is better than the two.



                  High temperature light wave infrared drying characteristics:



                  ① It has the advantages of fast drying speed and high production efficiency, and is especially suitable for heating and drying of large area surface layer.


                  ② Small equipment and low construction cost. In particular, far high temperature light wave infrared drying, drying channel can be reduced to more than half of the original, so the construction cost is low. Compared with microwave drying and high frequency drying, far infrared heating drying device is simpler and cheaper.


                  ③ Good drying quality. Because the material molecules on the surface and inside of the coating absorb far-infrared radiation at the same time, the heating is uniform, and the appearance and mechanical properties of the product are improved.


                  ④ It is easy to construct and popularize. The structure of high temperature light wave infrared drying radiation element is simple, the design of drying channel is convenient, and it is convenient for construction and installation.


                  High temperature light wave infrared drying is one of the many invisible light in the sun. It was discovered by Herschel in 1800, also known as infrared thermal radiation. In the solar spectrum, there must be invisible light on the outside of the red light, that is, high temperature light wave infrared drying. It can also be used as a medium of transmission. The wavelength of infrared drying is 0.75-1000 μ m, which is higher than that of visible light. Medical high temperature light wave infrared drying can be divided into two categories: near high temperature light wave infrared drying and far high temperature light wave infrared drying. Containing thermal energy, the heat of the sun is mainly transmitted to the earth through high-temperature light wave infrared drying.
